Haico’s Hot Sauce - Canadian Jerk

A gateway hot sauce for the aspiring hot sauce lover. If you never had or liked hot sauce before, this is a good sauce to start with. Inspired by my wife and co-owner of Haico’s Hot Sauce who did not even use pepper on her pork chops before I came into her life. This sauce is mild and even when you do not like spicy stuff, it  will give you a great flavor sensation with a little bit of a bite.

Ingredients: Hungarian Wax Peppers, Onion, Water, Cider Vinegar, Mirin, Soya Sauce, Fresh Herbs and Spices.
